Rachael helps clients mitigate risk associated with managing large volumes of data. Rachael works closely with in-house and outside counsel on Information Management and eDiscovery projects. Through Rachael’s legal experience dealing with discovery issues in complex litigation and government investigations, she has developed substantial knowledge in the area of eDiscovery. Rachael advises clients on pre-litigation and retention policies, the implementation of efficient and cost-effective technology solutions, and the creation of defensible and repeatable discovery workflows.
Rachael oversees a project management team of highly experienced eDiscovery and Information Security professionals. Rachael’s primary goal is to create defensible solutions that meet all client requirements—on time and on budget. Rachael delivers solutions and strategies to a diverse range of clients including the legal profession, government agencies, and corporations. Rachael ensures optimum quality, compliance, and efficiency with client focused service.
Rachael brings over 15 years of legal industry experience. Prior to joining Nexsen Pruet, Rachael practiced at McDermott Will & Emery in Washington, D.C. and Chicago, and was a member of its Antitrust group. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts and a law degree from Wake Forest University. Rachael also worked in law firms in London, England and Charlotte, North Carolina prior to attending law school. She is a member of the District of Columbia, North Carolina, and South Carolina state bars.Back to All Leadership
