Gray’s experience includes working with clients in many industries and involves the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of documents ranging from paper to highly complex electronic files in a wide variety of legal matters. Gray is also engaged by clients to provide solutions for technical issues outside the scope of normal discovery.

Gray leads an experienced group of technologists and delivers customized services to clients with leading edge technology tools to promote quality and efficiency. Gray is adept at thinking outside the box to develop strategies that are reasonable and within budget parameters. In addition to managing eDiscovery projects and document productions of all sizes, from start-to-finish, Gray also assists parties with collecting and securing information from various data sources including social media sites, webmail accounts, and webpages.

Prior to joining Nexsen Pruet, Gray worked at the U.S. Department of Justice where he managed the Litigation Technology Service Center, which supported U.S. Attorneys’ offices throughout the country. He was responsible for the selection and deployment of all litigation support tools and eDiscovery solutions for the agency, and co-chaired the National Litigation Technology Working Group. The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) recognized Gray with its 2012 Distinguished Peer Award for outstanding achievements in eDiscovery and Litigation Support. Gray is a graduate of Presbyterian College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. He is certified in many eDiscovery and litigation support tools.
